At VES Golf, quality matters. Our products are thoughtfully designed and carefully made to perform on and off the course.
This page outlines your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our global approach to quality support.
Australian Consumer Law Guarantees
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:
✔ A refund or replacement for a major failure.
✔ Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
✔ A repair or replacement for products that fail to be of acceptable quality, if the failure is not major.
Examples of a major failure include:
- A product that is significantly different from the sample or description
- A defect that would have stopped you purchasing the product had you known about it
- A product that is unsafe to use
Manufacturing Quality
If a product shows a manufacturing defect within a reasonable time of purchase, we will:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace it with the same item, or
- Offer a refund or store credit if repair or replacement is not possible
A manufacturing defect does not include:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or improper care
- Fabric pilling from friction against external surfaces
- Damage from incorrect washing, drying, or ironing
We may request photos and proof of purchase to assess the concern.
Sizing & Fit
We do not provide refunds or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size choice
- Preference-based sizing issues
Exchanges are available only when sizing errors are the result of a manufacturing defect (e.g., labelled measurements do not meet industry tolerance standards).
International Customers
We are proud to serve golfers worldwide. For customers outside Australia:
- Claims for faulty items will be supported in line with international consumer best practices
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping for faulty items may initially be the customer’s responsibility, until the fault is confirmed
We will always act fairly and reasonably in resolving product issues.

Include:
1. Name & Order Number
2. Description of the issue
3. Photos/videos showing the defect
4. Date of purchase
Our team will respond within 2–3 business days to guide the next steps.
Warranty Period
Claims for manufacturing defects must be submitted within a reasonable period after purchase, based on the nature of the item and expected product life.
We take into account:
- Usage
- Care conditions
- The type of garment
We always aim to treat customers fairly and respectfully.
Marketplace & Authorised Retailers
This warranty applies only to products purchased from:
- The official VES Golf website (vesgolf.com), or
- An authorised retail partner
Items purchased from unverified third-party sellers are not covered and may be counterfeit.
