We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our policy is designed to make returns simple and transparent.


Change-of-Mind Returns (Full-Priced Items Only)

We understand that sometimes an item isn’t quite right.
For full-priced items, we offer 30-day change-of-mind returns from the date you receive your order, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • All original tags remain attached
  • The item is returned in original packaging

Change-of-mind returns are not available for:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “final sale” at checkout

For change-of-mind returns:

  • The customer is responsible for return postage
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit to us

Refunds for eligible change-of-mind returns will be issued to the original payment method.


Size Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size and need to swap it:

  • You may request a size exchange within 30 days
  • The garment must meet the above condition standards (unworn, tags on, original packaging)
  • You are responsible for shipping the item back to us
  • Once received and approved, we will ship the replacement size to you

If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund.


Faulty or Manufacturing-Defective Items

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and details so we can assess the issue.

If confirmed as faulty, we will either:

    • Repair the product, or
    • Replace it, or
    • Provide a store credit or refund

…in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and applicable international consumer protections.

Manufacturing faults do not include:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, accidental damage, or improper care
  • Pilling caused by friction from external surfaces

International Orders

We ship globally.

Please note:

  • International orders are eligible for change-of-mind returns and size exchanges under the same conditions as above
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable

We aim to always act fairly and reasonably in resolving concerns.


Hygiene & Condition Standards

For health and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

  • Tags are removed
  • Garments show signs of wear, washing or odour
  • There are stains (deodorant, makeup) or pet hair
  • Original packaging is missing or significantly damaged

Please try items on carefully.


How to Submit a Return or Exchange

1.            Name & Order Number

2.            Photos (if a fault claim)

3.            A brief description of your request

4.            Whether you prefer an exchange, store credit, or refund (if eligible)
